Traditional stone house located in Ljubotić in Sibenik-Knin County, built in 1905 and renovated in 2013. With its two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, a spacious covered terrace overlooking the outdoor pool, it is ideal for families with children and anyone looking for a break from the accelerated current. The plot is 6000 m2, of which 1000 m2 is surrounded by olive and almond trees. The first beach is only 3 km away from the house on the river Krka.
It is suitable for hiking on the Promina mountain elevation of 1100 m, hiking and cycling in pristine nature. It is recommended to visit the town on the sea - Sibenik, 40km away, and Zadar, Split, Velebit.
